Makes me think I can cook. Allreceipes.com is my new source of good recipes and dinner inspiration. Tonight I made Quick Brown Bag Burritos And they were SO good. I put them on whole wheat tortillas and was set in less than 10 minutes. Soon I want to try this broiled scallops recipe and this Salmon recipe. This site makes cooking look simple! Yum Yum!

Yummy Cookies!
Tonight I decided to make something with the bananas I had frozen in the fridge. (I'm horrible at eating them before they get too brown. I freeze them until I can use them). I checked the internet for a banana bread recipe but found one for Banana Cookies.
I had to try them. I chose to add chocolate chips instead of nuts, and added about 1/4 a cup extra because I love chocolaty cookies.
Not only are they really yummy, but two cookies are about 5 Weight Watcher points a piece- which isn't terrible for a cookie. Check! They also are made with bananas and eggs which are filling foods. Check Plus!
Visit this site for Banana Cookies and other great recipes.
